Building and Reuse Features:

Façade made of recycled building
materials to inspire practical green building and
preserve natural resources.

Second commercial building code-approved
cob construction in Oregon.

Daylighting:
o Panels of windows made entirely of recycled windows
and doors form a clerestory perimeter around both
new warehouses.
o Skylights added to original building and incorporated
into new building.

28 new off-street parking spaces
to reduce the impact on the neighborhood.

Designed with respect for neighbors:
Michigan warehouse roof cants down to two stories
on residential street; generous setbacks from neighbors
yards; additional setback saving two mature trees.

Permitted as a pole barn structure
so that neither heating nor cooling were necessary.
