Nick Macdonald has extensive experience creating positive change in the most difficult environments. His professional background is in international relief and development, working on conflict and displacement issues in the Balkans, South East and Central Asia.
He currently consults with nonprofits in the area of analytics and social impact. Using quantitative and qualitative methods, his focus is to help executives and organizations make high quality data-driven decisions involving high-stake and complex issues.
He also teaches conflict and humanitarianism at the University of Oregon.
