This course provides an overview of the solar industry in the state — from rooftop residential systems to large-scale community and commercial installations. Students will learn about solar technology, local market trends, licensing and training pathways, and the wide range of jobs available in the field, including installation, design, sales, permitting, and project management.

In-demand careers: Installer, electrician, designer, site assessor, permit tech, and more
