How do your membership dollars support our community?
$10/month = TWO home-repair class scholarships, extending access to more low-income students and students belonging to groups historically marginalized in the trades
$25/month = $300 of FREE home improvement materials for low-income homeowners through our Home Repair for All program - the equivalent of $600 in materials purchased at a big box store
$100/month = ONE-ON-ONE home repair guidance for our Home Repair for All participants, saving low-income homeowners $100’s of dollars in repair costs.
$250/month = FREE delivery, store and class discounts, and more for TWO income-qualified renters and homeowners through our Community Membership program.
While revenue from our store goes a long way to support our team with thriving wages and good benefits, we rely on members like you to help us provide the free materials, classes, and services that foster housing stability and affordable, sustainable home repair.
Together, we can create SAFER homes, a STRONGER community, and a more SUSTAINABLE future.

Community Membership
Do you embrace reuse + repair but do not have room in the budget? Would you benefit from low-to-no cost building materials, home-repair classes, home delivery, and access to our open shop? We invite you to join as as a Community Member!
We are at capacity for Community Memberships. Access is first-come, first-served for those who meet the income threshold (60% of median income). We aim to expand the number of Community Memberships as funding allows.
