Hosted by Dykes With Drills at the ReBuilding Center, join us for this fun beginner workshop and learn to make a Key Ring holder! In this workshop, participants will learn to safely use a variety of tools to make their own Key Ring Shelf. Participants will also learn about “finishing” techniques (sanding, staining, painting, polyurethane) to personalize their project but finishing will be done on your own time.
This is a project-based class. Come with a basic idea and leave with your new piece of custom furniture! No prior woodworking experience required.
The class is planned for 2 hours but may take longer depending on your design!

Measuring & marking accurately
Using chop saws safely
Drills and drivers
Using Brad Nail guns
Skill level: This class is ideal for beginners ages 18 and over.
Class Schedule: Class will run for 2 hours with no break planned. The class is planned for 2 hours but may take longer depending on your design.
Price: We have moved to a sliding scale pricing model while funding allows! Choose which tier fits your situation best:
$100 - Pay-It-Forward Ticket: Helps fund access for others.
$80 - True Cost Ticket: Covers the actual cost of running the class.
$60 - Neighborly Rate Ticket: For those with limited expendable income.
